That is an invented term you made up, otherwise known as resources grade, and reserves are the economic grade you ship to a mill.  The company has not told anybody what those arre, thus the need for an MFE.  Your 11 grams are made up fiction, Nozz.

There are three grades of ore in a deposit . 1..Typically, when people talk about the ‘grade’ of a deposit, they are talking about the AVERAGE Reserves , based on the samples of which have been analyzed above a cutoff level 2..The CUTOFF grade, is the low grade below which the material will not be profitable to mine. That material is mineralized, but it is not ‘ore

Could you show an example of a company using population grade? I've never seen anyone ever use this term in the past 10 years.
