Nowhere bound.

NFG has proven high grade gold in the ground.  Problem is, its still in the ground. I think they need to get it out of the ground and sell it to somebody.

Thirdperson - you state that "NFG has proven high grade gold in the ground." No so.  Nothing is proven yet.  Without any trial miining or milling of ore or without actually taking on the task of proving what is there with an MRE or whatever method you want to use, nothing is certain except that the average grade will be much lower, in the end after processing then people think ...more

Exactly . Our management team have retracted the drawbridges and lowered an iron curtain between them, comfortably endconced in Fortress NFG, and the petty distractions  of their shareholdes . Mining of course would ...more

I agree with retiredgeo the only thing I would add is that as the gold price moves higher and the producers become flush with cash while there assets in the ground get depleted they go shopping to repleshish those assets in the ground otherwise they will dry up and go out of bussiness so they need to buy up deposits or other producing mines with this rising gold price the existing mines get ...more

True enough.  A higher gold price gives the producers cash with which to go shopping.  It doesn't necessarily translate into a higher price for the asset purchased.

if history repeats itself and it seems to always do that the gold producers will eventually be buying assets at very inflated prices from where they are now this is not just a bull market in gold the will be a flash in the pan This is a supercyle gold bull market or a rest of the gold price you could say that will have effects like it did in the late 70s and early 80s except this time there are ...more
