We are at a stage now any money spent on promotion is just a waste 
They should not spend a penny on self promotion until after the MRE and PEA right now it would just be wasted money 
The sidelines are full of investors waiting to jump in or out depending on what the MRE and PEA say 
nervous Nellie's will start selling a bit between now and then the believers will add more and some gamblers will buy a small position either way the real big moves come with the MRE and PEA 
but depending on the size and scope of the area they report on will play a factor as well
