Funny there's no insiders buying at these  rates

They will be exercising a tonne of options this month! Why buy when you get all the free shares you could wish for! It willl be intersesting to see how many shares the soon to be appointed new directors will report as opening balance! ES has not bought since April 11, which is odd as his ownership has declined to 18% since then!

Where did you hear that?  Most, if not all of the options of the past are at higher prices than the current share price.  It is unlikely that any will be exercised even if they become available this month.

If you had read the financial statements for 3rd quarter you would have seen that 1,550,000 options expire on December 17, 2024 and are exercisable at $0.50! Also do not be surprised if those are replaced plus in upcoming AGM! Game is played this way. Inside management have no need to pay out of pocket for their shares. They are rewarded for "performance" with free options! Go to company ...more

The next big expiry date is August 11, 2025 where 1,125,000 expire at an exercise price od $1.40 per share!

As of Sept 30 1.55 million options were excercisable at $0.50 by Dec 17.  That doesn't mean that they are still outstanding.  Talk of a share dump in December is unsupported. If they are still available that doesn't mean market players can buy them at $0.50.  They belong to the investors who put up their money long ago (5-7 years).  These investors will want close to ...more

Not sure what your agenda is but the 1,550,000 are options outstanding under the company compensation plan with an expiry date of DEc17!. These werer outstanding at September 30, 2024. None have been exercised since that date. Any exercise by a company insider would have to been reported on Sedi. None have been! These are not warrants attached to any share offering to the public! The company does ...more

I don't like bloggers dumping on the company.  That's my agenda.  I get enough of that from Bucc and his friends. The options were made available to officers, directors, employees and service providers.  An insider is someone or a group of people who own >20% of the voting shares.  Only insiders have to report.  A lot of options can be excercized unreported ...more

How the hell was I dumping on the company?  All I said was 1.55 million options would be exercised before Dec 17  That represents 13% of O/S options.  Also, you need to read the OSC reporting requirements Insiders who are required to report all transactions are defined as any officer, director, or employee who has access to material information. Also included is any person or ...more

Options are awarded to directors at higher prices than the current share price.  They are "free" only if the share price goes up.  Directors have to work their butts off to get the share price up.  This is not some "game' that they are playing. My error, 20% refers to a "controlling officer" not an insider.  That still leaves a lot of option ...more

The vast majority of Option holders are once again Craig R., Colin K, And Denis L.  All available on Sedi! Check it out. I do not have a problem with options granted. But I do have aproblem with management who grant themselves unreasonable amounts. Warren Buffet has a similiar position on options. For example, I have done a great deal of consulting work for someone who walked away with well ...more

I noticed a discrepancy between Sedi and NFG website, checked with CK and he responded website is correct as Craig R exercised his long ago. He says he will have his staff check into why sedi incorrect as CR did report his exercise! So CK and DL hold a total of 8.4 million of the 12.4 O/S.

I belive none are in the money so they will expire without being exercised
