Thank you. It now seems almost certain that CK received less than 50% of the Shareholder votes and should have submitted his resignation. In short, he is running NFG as his personal fiefdom, to use our investment capital as he sees fit. His investment returns shows that he is not fit. How can those BOD members live with themselves ....Paid Yessirs

You are just figuring that out now?  Come on nozz, taking all 3 ceo positions together and their performance, the writing was on the wall long ago. It matters not what someone thinks is in the ground.  Management's behiour determines the direction of the company and the paper trail, and the gold is the cover story.    EK

took a gander at 10 firms listed on venture NOT 1 released proxy results-is it requirement-now dudes not saying if old CK got a plus or minus JUST ASKING IS IT REQUIREMENT for VENTURE-or what about NYSE for NFGC

CK released the Proxy votes for 2022 when everything was fine but not in 2023 when the share price was down 50 % nor in 2024 when the share price had cratered. Draw your own conclusion. Why vote if the results are not reported to the shareholders ?

No but making a big deal of these little things cast doubt misinformation muddy the waters and this is what Bucc wants and Bucc is good at playing posters and they don't even realize it  newfound gold is an exploration company derisking a massive resource property currently undergoing s MRE and PEA while in this process lots of speculation on the upside the downside of the project
