Something larger is going on
First by purged, I mean from the record..the CP.
MRE and PEA are for small juniors , indicative of future potential but still very
provisional, lacking heft.
This is beneath the stature of a world class discovery like QWN but very consistent with the lifestyle management of former feckless management .
What is reallly needed is a full fledged FS.
A FS that is preceded and boot strapped by substantial spatially allocated ( test ) mining.
Eveything is in place to do so as the prime starters....KT and IT ...already have Reserve level sampling intensity...and 2-3 more trenches are planned this year.
A tolling arrangement is in place and Ronnie is ready to skate.
But, there may be larger moves percolating behind the scenes .
Who ever controls Maritime and its in place Hub and Spoke business model will control mining activity in NL for decades to come.
Its Point Rousse Aggregate business is export only, mainly to the US and South America.
There are lots of gold and base metal deposits that are stranded, without processing capability but can be concentrated by, for example gravity.
Almost perfect for the planned concentrate import/ export business of Point Rouse and its two deep water ports ( GoodYears Cove has a concentrate Storage facility ) .
Firefly ( market cap in excess of $500 million ) already has the inside track with Maritime, a JV in place to use its Deep water Port for its planned import / export of copper concentrates.
Pine cove can also produce base metal concentrates .
Together, these two already have 4000 tpd in flexabke metal processing capacity
Maritimes gold assets are essential as a risk averse adjuvant to Fly's resumption of copper mining of the Ming copper mine.
The reason is that the grade of Ming mine...a modest 2% copper equivalent..has been demonstrated by history to be vulnerable to the cyclicality of copper prices.
Hence merging with Maritime and its gold production revenue stream offsets the risk of shutdowns when copper prices are low.
The uninformed are not yet aware that over 2 million economic ounces of gold are stranded in NL because of absence of processing capability.
There have been some signifucant copper discoveries ...see BEX ..in central
NL that will need a processing option.
And there is NFG too, without a gold processing option for the next 6-7 years.
You should get my point by now.
Who ever controls Maritime will have hegemonic control of the development of mines in NL .
Roll ups could be soon.
Right now, Firefky has the inside track with its copper mills and common import/ export business model but as important , the reciprocal ssymbiotic
and agglutimate revenue potential of both Copper...30,000 tons or more of concentrate per year.. plus up to 150,000 ounces of gold from existing resources.
This will leave NFG out in the cold as not even its tolling MOU is at Maritime's option .
The Screws come to mind.
Enter Sprott and Dundee.
Its not impossible that there could be a tripartite arrangement including NFG
which would create a mining Gorilla capable of Senior ranking in several years or so, with the market heft to carry out international acquisitions of whatever metal classes there may be.
Just sayin ..

FS are normally bankable. What NFG needs is asset monetization cash flows via bank able mining results or acquiring a producing Junior . This would mitigate the need for continued equity based financing . Almost certainly, a material event is under consideration. Else, nothing changes..

There is no doubt that Huet and Boyle are there to shake things up and make something happen. My point is, there appears to be a paradigm shift, and the obvious is being ignored. Would I like to see $4000.00 gold? Darn right. I think gold should be worth 40k. And, NFG should be at $300.00. But, wishing it ain't gonna make it happen.

Crypto ? Easily hacked and not being accumulated by BRICS. All central banks are accumulating gold . Gold has been currency for 5000 years. Your new paradigm is solely in your thought process ...

How can anything made by the stroke of a key possibly have value. It seems like everybody has their own Crypto Currency. The big selling point is limited number of coins. However, how do you limit the number of Crypto Currencies?

Bankable is more detailed and geared to financial institutions for financing purposes non bankable would be more geared to a buy in or take over or share financing so dilution vs debt is basically the differance
