he following says it all. The western world will never compete with China and their slave labor wages.

TRUMP NEEDS TO PUT MASSIVE TARIFFS ON GRAPHITE, ALL MINERALS AND SPECIFICALLY ON CHINESE MADE EV's.

MAYBE AN OURIGHT BAN ON CHINESE EV's.


Europe’s car giants have so far consistently failed to keep up with their Chinese counterparts when it comes to producing affordable and efficient EVs—models such as the BYD Seagull sell for as little as $10,000 in China, whereas the average price of a new electric car in Germany is €52,700—and take-up of the vehicles on Europe’s roads has been slow. Now, questions are arising as to whether Europe’s 2035 deadline will be met. Carmakers including BMW, VW and Renault, as well as the Italian government, have all recently called on the EU to revise or delay its targets.

See!!! now you are seeing it! There is NO way to compete with slave labour.  Period. china will sell their cars and undercut everyone, buy OEM manufactures from Europe, USA, Japan, and Korea  IF they are not stopped.  Period.   Some form of protectionist policy must be put in place.    And this party is about to get started    10 days and ...more

Frenchy I have known that all along. There are 2 stories here. The one I just referred to and the STATE of the company. The state of the company is referring to the company becoming a producer and continuing to produce for years. Remember it's Hughes that said they were building a 5 billion $ company.
