Gencell does NOT have a unique process for combining H2 and N2 but Fuelpositive does.  Fuelpositive can use any standard tech to make the green H2 and the N2. If Gencell has a unique cost competitive process to make green H2 Fuelpostive can simply license that tech from Gencell.
