Shareholders

The only real power shareholders have is to elect directors. they only get to do that one a year.
why do i care? i bought a lot of shares 3 years ago because i saw the hidden value in this company. that value hasn't changed at all since then. the present group has done nothing to add value. We own exactly the same assets with the same potential as we did then . they have however dramatically decreased my share of that value by gifting themselves 20% or so of the company and paying outrageous compensation.
A year or so ago they exercised cheap options they had granted themselves..i didn't understand why they would do that. there is no tax or other advantage to doing so. i now realize they were converting options into shares so that all their subsequent grants of options and RSU's wouldn't look so obviously large and offensive on the financial statements
Pelham's plan is to take on debt to pay out the construction loan and thereby increase the payout from Ramu to about 11% from 8%. This will result in immediate greatly increased revenue to NKL exponentially larger than the cost of the debt. pelham hasn't said whether they intend to distribute the profits to shareholders or build the company.. either way I am good .My shares will be more valuable..
I realize i am talking to retail shareholders who may not own a large number of shares. But each vote counts.
