Price comparison 7 months ago!

The current price of nickel is oscillating around 8.75-9.00 per lb today, similar to 7 months ago. Yet 7 months ago the share price was around $0.90 CAD. Today the share price of Nickel 28 is around $0.60 or 50% less than 7 months ago.
Seems to me that the stock should bounce back soon and we need some news from the corporation. Since the new board we have not heard anything exciting. It is time!!!
