I think it's a double reason nickel and cobalt done.with a low price of cobalt, the logical cost increase.

What should they do with all that cash? 1/ using it to pay back some debt 2/ using it to buy actions 3/ paying a first dividend Hope to get answers from the management in the next weeks. When do they organise the sharehoulders meeting?

After the pressrelease we have our answer. Most part off the cash will be used to buy back shares. That s good for me. 1/these buys will stimulate the shareprice and 2/the eps goes up. It s a good decission. But what will they do with the rest off the cash???

Indeed, I asked the question to Richards on ceo channel. Strange point that they will look for more cash.

He mentioned fresh liquidity which does not mean necessarily more cash. New people, more people buying and selling the stock might help with share liquidity. There are interesting articles on the subject when you search the web.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess it's also a translation issue at my side in this case.

Do not worry about translating issues, this is not my mother tongue either. What is most important is to have people involved, asking questions and sharing their point of view, etc.

Imho the share buyback is foolish. They should bring the debt to zero, get a higher share then and pay no interest anymore. Easy choice. Of course a buyback could create some liquidity for the mm to sell their stocks, which is maybe the main reason for it.

I would agree with you if the price of nickel was higher. Perhaps it is better to work on the share price and in a year once and if (hopefully) the price per pound is higher take advantage of it to pay off the debt more rapidly. That said, the end result might be similar in a couple of years.
