Talked to Glen Today It was a good call. Of course I tried grilling him on everything /anything. , but didn't get any specifics of top secret information lol. I did , however, get a good feel for where we are and what's coming.
He knows the delays have been frustrating and while giving no specifics (he said he didn't want it sounding like excuses it was just a frustrating start getting everything set up and running (whether that be supply chain, or global issues affected by covid). Japan also saw a well publicized spike in cases so that slowed things down a bit too. The Japanese are also very meticulous even so far as having a Tabletz rep inspect every package of the rush order to make sure each was written properly and to standard. The rush order has arrived in Japan and will be on Biople shelves in 2 weeks (clear customs then distribution channel). While not the largest retailer in Japan they are considered no.1 for cbd selling . Great visible locations throughout Japan. There are also no products like ours. The few in Japan are mostly tinctures in small nondescript bottles/vials . Ours our portable, tasty, cool packaging , fast onset /long half life, exact dosing, and well tested for purity etc (all things that could see us too 3 in Japan). Biople should have just over a month of exclusivity (hoping to ship initial order mid july or sooner?). The initial order (much larger) will go to some of the larger chains "like 711" (in quotes because I didn't specifically ask if initial order would stock 711s or how many but he did mention 711 a couple of times) and Lawsons etc. One thing is clear from the conversation. Both NU and Tabletz have out a lot of resources (time and money) into this deal and Tabletz is serious like a heart attack for success with this product . They are especially excited about the bulk buy sku and some not so distant future beverage product of some sort . He also mentioned that we should be expecting a second large order "shortly" (again without specifics it's prior to shipping initial as they have to allow time lag for manufacture and shipping which leads me to believe they may be trying to go from Q shipments to monthly as soon as they can (just imagine a sea -can full of Tabletz monthly?). It is important the locations remain stocked and he made mention that my "math is pretty good" (I always stay away from exact numbers but the in general of needing visible product on shelves and what that means at even nominal sales per Q per location . My math even when "conservative" = pretty big potential numbers lol so that should give us all something to look forward too.
Besides that the new beverage products sound exciting and should be operational mid July . They are still plowong along jumping through hoops dotting Is and crossing Ts. States mentioned were Washington, Oklahoma, California (always a nightmare), and Michigan? Iirc. Neuenergy order being worked on and should be ready for ANB by the end of the month. They aren't just a distributor but help with branding /marketing/samplings etc. This should be a much better result than last time around with this amazing product . I know that gas station I had them in still asks me for it to this day (as customers are still asking them) . All I did was give samples to people who go to that store when it was in that store .
