Lol. Denial? No one has denied anything .  We've all seen it on the fins. It's a $100k loss (fraud) line item . As per usual you're just making things up in your head. Whether it's a lack of understanding or merely to sound smarter than you are. I haven't dismissed the $100k line item. I'm not in denial about it. I even posed the question to them the first time it was

The usual spin-doctoring by Ed who says the company CANT comment. Can't comment, or WONT comment? Any company can release a statement that at least acknowledges the issue and then, if true, go on to say they're unable to comment further because the matter is before the courts or whatever.
