RE:Novra is a very UNDEREVALUED Stock Yes very undervalued but no one is buying. A $0.04 share price puts the total market cap of the company at $1.3 million. Crazy considering in the past 4 quarters they have revenue of $6.7 million, EBITDA of $0.92 million and earnings of $0.005. They are EBITDA positive and actually have positive earnings over the past 4 quarters !!!
1*revenue = $0.20 stock price, 6*EBITDA = $0.17 stock price, 15 * earnings = ,$0.075 stock price.
The balance sheet is weak with Working Capital of -$0.4 million and Book Value of -$3.2 million. But most of the debt is $3.0 million in salary that the CEO did not take, so no danger of not being a going concern in the near future.
With a healthy backlog including projects with the US government, the company looks like a steal at the current price.
