Yes Wolfe1, you are absolutely correct. Business decisions only. I guess with RRSP and TFSA accounts around their is still CASH accounts galore, which are usually used for big money because of the limits on the forementioned. I have all 3 and NWST is in my RRSP account. At some point I am going to comment on Mr Pulcan's post of suggesting Mr Bell needs to get the shareprice up for which he has

Do not loose your time responding to Pulcan , he put a lot of energy posting week after week for free i'm assuming(nor sure )with absolutly no result , he just put his dream in word and a lot of blablablabla for nothing . But your are right Mr,Bell and Odea has to bring the share price higher but they will be able doing it in only one way , not because of them and expertise or whatever

You are absolutely dead on right Mr MGRVSAZX. For Mr Pulcan or anyone to say Mr Bell needs to get the price of the share up is completely wrong, as they do not control that. The MARKET controls the price of the share. Find the goods and the market will take care of the share. Now, Mr Bell could eliminate any insider sells or encourage insider buys, that would help. He could also lie to the market,
