Amaya holdings if it goes private
What happens with the holdings that Amaya have with NYX if they get sold and go private? Do the holdings to to the new owners - David and his partners or will Amaya sell the NYX holdings they have?

the shares go with the buying out company which is no big deal. Baazov was president when they made the investment in nyx so if he ends back up with amaya it will be business as usual. however, the chances of him really getting the deal done are about 10 per cent so i would not worry about it one way or another.
