Is David Baazov buying NYX and taking it private?

He sold over 7M shares of Amaya today. on the Amaya board, someone posted that now that he's blocked from buying Amaya by their new debt terms, he is going to stay in the industry by buying up NYX, an important vendor to Amaya.

Anyone have any information to validate or refute this?

Buyout HIGHLY unlikely anytime soon. Davey owns >10% and W.Hill owns a ton between the two of them they control everything. NO WAY they sell and think they have even stated that. Who's gonna bid knowing they own control. AND who wants that debt before the bussiness model is firmed up
