To be clear, SGMS gobbled up NYX not TSGI.  TSGI did benefit from the casino deal as well as selling its share in NYX which was at the same level as shareholders sold at when taken over. TSGI is ...more

You are correct!  Likely not just due to OB and NYX.  NYX could have been a 5-10 bagger under these curent conditions. Can you imagine the premium on the company at this point?  If ...more

I would think it will be tomorrow. The brokerage firm probably got the money today and then will require a overnight/end of day batch to transfer the money to the retail accounts.

court approval done

looks like money and delisting scheduled for jan 10, 2018 going to make a pretty sound when that cash drops in my accounts.  Will likely need earplugs to lessen the thunder.

deal done court date for closing January 5, 2018

Deal will likely close shortly after and I would think we will get our money by January 10, 2018. Always nice to start the year off with big capital gain so you can be a little more aggressive with ...more

voting this morning, results then will be released

Deal is a shoein to get approved so will likely see an update on things later this afternoon and hopefully a closing date to get paid early in v2018.
