It's hard to know if they are just milking the company for a salary or if they actually have a plan to improve the share value. Will they just let the Arizona debt bankrupt the company and take it over, eventually breaking it up and selling the parts or do they have any hope of creating enough value to become viable? I have a ton of shares that could become worthless if they don't get ...more

I don't think they are milking the Company for salaries. In fact, the salaries and fees are resonable. It is very strange to me however that the Charman and CEO does not own any shares, nor any stock options. Furthermore insiders buy shares in the market depite the significant upside and a market cap of barely $1M. Mark Dunphy, one of New Zealand's wealthy elites, is the only director ...more

Interesting comments. Insiders buying stock usually indicates suppressed value, an announcement that could raise the company's value or a move to take over the company. A single owner of a finance company suggests a corporate loan that is looking to convert to shares and a complicit take over. But, to what avail? The diluted share value affects all shareholders including any new majority owner ...more

We will see what the corporate play is soon, I suspect. Mark Dunphy, the largest shareholder is no stranger to the capital markets and corporate maneuvering as a former Parner in successful investment firm Fay Richwhite.  Fay Richwhite
