about this news release. They can not even handle what they have now. Going to acquire another property...............WTF lets first work on the projects you have NOW. This mgt. group is biting off WAY MORE THEN THEY CAN HANDLE.

... well, you know...., another arm's lengh pay out/in, whatever.  Pure diarrhea for the shareholders man,  in the mean time, they are securing easy ways to look busy so they justify their fat paycheck instead of devoting attention and resources to proving up one play.
