RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Santo Tomas - Top 5 or Number 1 in the WorldI spent the weekend studying all the 19 projects that Ambrien listed in its report. By all I mean the high, mediium, and low probability projects. When I was going through each of them one by one, it made me realize even more just how good Santo Tomas is. Couple of the projects are located in a country that banned open pit mining. Three of them are located in areas where mining impacts ice glaciers which are protected by law. One is so controversial that even the president of the country cannot push it through the environmental problems. Two have arsenic problem. Others have local opposition, environmental problems, or isolated locations.
Santo Tomas has no environmental problems, no local opposition (actually local support), fantastic infrastructure, great location, great jurisdication, great economics, and unbelievable exploration potential.
Like I said before, Santo Tomas is the best copper project in the world that is still not in the hands of the majors. If you know of a better one, my ears are open.
