RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:outstanding shares and potential raise and value at buyoutHi All,
great discussion today
Bull, i agree with your numbers and think any placement near term will be kept small and as non dilutive as possible while giving us very large bang for every buck raised.
in fact it is probably going to be the best pp roi in Oroco's history. my reasonong is that we have successfully navigated all the legal and administrative hurdles and now have complete and total ownership and control of Santo Tomas and surrounding properties but we are still trading at pre legal prices for some reason.
I guess the market is still in show me mode.. well with the upcoming 3d Ip and drilling we are about to do there will be no doubt we have what we all know we have, and no one will be able to say otherwise.
so with the million or two raised now Oroco shares will undoubtedly get a re rating and start trading closer to the RBC 2 to 3 cents per pound in ground.
As for timing i feel the longer the majors wait the more they will have to pay.
Personally i think once the ip is done we do a bit of drilling we will easily be able to raise a large chunk of money to get us through to buyout. Whomever it is that invests at that point will have an advantage as to buying us but it is yet to be seen who writes us a cheque first. it may be one entity that is aware of what we have or is may be a consortium of smaller parties.. exciting times for sure!
As for the 2.5 at the end of 2022 i think is very very low.. 22 months from now IF we are still around we will have put in 50000 plus meters of drilling explored down dip and to the north and possibly intersected new zones uncovered by the IP while simultaneously upgrading the resource we have to measured at a higher grade!
given the scarcity of deposits of this scale re ambrian report once we show wh have the goods and can show the massive upside i dont think we will get through the money from the large raise before we are bought.
so best case we got an aggressive buyer that takes us out late 2020 but early to mid 2021
is fine with me as well..
we are closer to the end than the beginning..
