Leaside location

I drove by the location for Organic garages 5th location st Leaside and it appears not much has changed from when I passed by 6 months ago. I also see a sign at one of its windows that says for lease so I'm not sure what that's all about. It does not look like it will be opened anytime soon and keep in mind it was suppose to open in 2018 so we clearly have challenges ahead. I would like more clarity as to the status of this location at 33 Laird dr.
