What's up with OMT

Interesting...just found this little company.  Up nicely on much higher than normal volumes, very small float.  it can go stretches without trading so wouldn't want to get caught with Shares you can't sell if it drops.

Anyone know what is happening here ??  are addtional contracts pending ?
