When you can't understand what happen to the capital structure with all these mergers. 

Anyone have a quick overview of this for a prospective buyer?

Sorry not sure what problem might be had the boss is always posting videos if you missed them? He gave a time line last yr. pretty staight forward stuff almost bang on? Not sure what I can add.
