Over the last several months, I had left numerous messages at your Texas office for someone to call me as I needed to clarify a few items as a shareholder.

I have never received a return phone call or a response to my emails. I know for a fact that sometimes I call, and someone is in the office who could respond to my calls and I am being asked to leave a message and of course no one ever responds.

I have invested over $XXXXX in this company and I feel that I do deserve a return call from someone at CGX especially after I have left over thirty messages.
It just seems to me that there is a total disregard for shareholders. There are no published financial statements for the fourth Quarter and no meeting scheduled for us to pose any questions. How on earth should the shareholders questions be addressed? How should shareholders be updated? CGX simply cannot issue shares and disappear without any accountability.

I am asking you as a major  shareholder to find a solution to this issue.

You know Devanand 1 , Frontera got all these big deal awards and recognition for being such a wonderful, marvaleous place to work and how they treat staff and people,blah,blah,blah! CGX does not represent them well in this regard and being a major division for them what are they doing about it.??? Such an embarrassment for them It's a wonder how Frontera deserved these awards and recognition??
