Well Dfly if I were wanting to drill deep water oil wells and build a deep water port I'd want to partner with a company with deep pockets, which drills deep water oil wells and is the 5th largest shipping company on the planet and knows how to build deep water ports. But who knows? Everything is just speculation right now.
