Cage rattling

I wonder if it would be beneficial for us minoroty shareholders to rattle some cages? Voice some dissent at least via emails?

If so, who do we target? De Alba becuase he holds management seats in both comapnies and has eyeballs on everything and should be responsible for cgx shareholders? Suresh because he should be supporting cgx fully instead of displaying his incompetence dailly? Or cgx board and someone like Zoback who is supposed to have somewhat of a good rep?

I think deAlba. He has most at risk with lawsuit given his positions.

Any thoughts?

DeAlba, should be the one most vulnerable, given he sits on both boards. Honestly though, Suresh should be the one, he has never looked out for us shareholder, just himself. Suresh has facilitated the slow takeover of CGX.

Well that's poor management working it's magic. Don't blame frontera for being an opportunist
