Yeah wcp my buddy's father was a top broker for Burns Fry, back in the day, now part of the BMO group. When he retired people were offering him tens of thousands for his "book" of clients along with his recommendation. Perhaps the rational has been in front of us all along. Immediate need for Guyana:  "deep" water port.  This will permit to import/export more goods and more economically from that region.  Also keep more business in Guyana if the oil exploration industry uses it.   It's an easy political win for Guyana once it's open.
