The 1.5 Mill is a small NON-Private Broker deal.  In this case for PAI, most likely a distributor did the deal with a bunch of orders lined up and will cash in big time very quick. Nobody will enter a private broker deal if it’s not a guaranteed pay back or NOT know what’s coming. Money in the company treasury and very little impact/dilution to shareholders with no warrants.   What not

That's the whole point, I don't have a substantive complaint with anything you've said. But you've got to know, that isn't your salutation. It's basically the pumpers signature. Your knee-jerk defensiveness makes ot evident that you know this as well.

LOL. Hey I got a question I bought this on some advice from another poster and I usually don't flip but I was a little bit nervous so I sold it for a little profit. Funny how sometimes the advice of another poster can make you lots of money. Here are some things to think about as I think about.
