New to reits

Can someone please tell me about this company.
- Is this a safe investment?
- Does it pay0.015 cents per share per month regularely?
- Can this stock being a .un trust be traded like other stocks or am I locked in once in?

Safe? You will have to do your own math, but some believe that it is trading under NAV right now. This REIT has sold large portions of its portfolio. If the REIT is wound up and there is money left over this could provide capital gains. If they don't wind it up and there is no distribution, is it worth holding?
