Unfortunately what you described fits most explorers.   You either discover something of value to the market, or after issuing more shares to raise funds a few times, you consolidate and start over.    I am not familar with the properties of EGM so can't comment on that.   Salary is another issue I can't speak to as to what he has done with EGM to merit it or
