3GuysInATrenchcoat : No matter the oil price Prospera still can't pay its bills, doesn't seem to have a hope (outside of further dilutive financing) of paying back the GORR deal which if they don't will essentially mean they lose their Cuthbert asset. It's never a good time to invest in TERRIBLE companies.

Yup. Look at all the delinquencies on wells listed by the surface rights board. I'm sure that's just a drop in the bucket considering a lot of land owners don't know how to file and go through the process.
