I have no reason not to believe Guru's account of what occurred in his lenghty article albeit being a one-sided account. I would caution pursuing this further outside of legal action, but even legal action on the back of this very public tirade against Prospera could be detrimental to future business relationships with other clients who might view Guru as potentially problematical within a competitive business.

This spat will not affect Prospera in the medium term unless it continues in public forums in which case Prospera could take legal action themselves.
