PEMC's ( Jean Marie claims )
have all
3 copper kinds. So says... historical reports.
Azurite = blue copper
Malachite - green
Chalco - golden pyrite
Press - as far as i can see ( read )
doesn't show what type of assaying the cores recieved.
I like details - all parameters -
especially when there's all 3 kinds of copper on the claoms
and seeing the cores riddled with - all three copper colors.
Green, Blue, Golden.
I don't think the - lab - would only focus on one kind of copper ?
like in -
the core photo below -
where only - chalco is core sectioned is broken off -
yellow - markers.... was geo only interested in the chalco ?
Or maybe....
photo is just showing off a good - core specimen.
Yet... knowing what type of assaying the cores seen,
is imperitive -
I've read other juniors who do - quick - XRF - run overs...
Those machines will pick up on - Chalco copper...
But when it comes to - azurite and malachite whereas
copper is gone into - solid solution - i would favor lab
assaying - 100 % -
Were the cores sent to - lab or ... in house ?
Or... ?
That's a beautiful core specimen.
Lots of copper - kinds.
How about this core below....
Is that " grey " mineral... MOLY ?
Even nickel and cobalt - is seen in the historical reports.
Which lab performed the assaying ?
What method ?
Fire assay ?
Just... ICP ?
Or... ICP MS ?
Peroxide or sodium peroxide ?
