Tartisan Resources still buying

Looks like Tartisan wants to buy all the cheaper shares.  They have been buying at all price levels.  There has to be some good news coming eventually.  They are not buying just because the toll mill is doing well.  Whatever is happening, they are very tight lipped.  Definately something to keep watching very closely.
