The Quebec government might force Bill 10 through and to be enforced, but I'll take the bet that the rapid loss of nurses simply quitting the system all together will mean this gets delayed and eventually abandoned. Here is another news story about healthcare workers being completely burned out because of decades of under-investment by our governments. Meanwhile, the CFO of PHA continues to buy shares. And somehow PHA is still priced for bankruptcy. There are blaring buy signals everywhere but investors are still ignoring them.
