Since I first posted this in October, I have looked further into the "Land" acquisition from the APL purchase and found the following information on the properties that constitute the $7,911,000 fair value "Land" assets on PLAN's balance sheet (as disclosed in the BC Land Titles Registration system):

It will be interesting to see how the $7,911,000 appraised land fair value is actually allocated between the 8 individual properties PLAN acquired in 2022, and what their ongoing utility represents to the current PLAN longer term business model. The average Fair Market Value established in February 2022 is $7,756 per acre, and would have been necessarily calculated on a property by property basis by the independent, third party professional appraiser hired by PLAN for this valuation.
