Plant construction with no money spent
If pulsar let it be known to the world that if an established helium distributor would build the plant for them, and offered them 10% of pulsar for this that would mean no need to dilute the shares,etc.
If the cost would be 50m and the well turns out to be the best in the world the payout to build the plant even owning only 10% it would only take a few years to pay it off.
probably won't happen but just a thought.

If the proven reserves are of any significance, PLSR may never get to production and will get acquired by the big boys. No way in hell the major players would let "the new guy" take over the market with such a significant reserve and high helium concentrations.
