Good article, awesome actually. Does include update that MN legislature moving to impose a 2 year moritorium on extracting helium. They are trying to capitalize on a potential "bonanza" before it is even proven. If they auction off the helium rights in contiguous areas of government land (rather than recognizing Pulsar initial attempts to license when there was no process
