This is probably why the share price is not moving at all. One or two more years of testing? A quote from above "Pulsar managers estimate another year or two of tests before potentially building a production facility".

I don't think anyone thinks this was going into production next week.  There are a lot of steps that need to be taken before production ever happens.  There will be a capital raise at some point.  Flow tests and the resource calculation are what holds this back and why the stock has literally flatlined for three months.  You should be thankful you had this chance to ...more

There are some easy things to do to boost the SP in the meantime.  The easiets would be to drill more wells for a larger resource calculation and larger forward earnigns PE.  Those two things alone will drive the SP towards production.

I think one step out well is a good idea. Some redundancy for a plant and a larger resource calculation. I think they have enough cash to do that. They need to get an off take agreement and get financing for a plant. But that would be easier and not harder with a second well. Assuming of course that Jetstream1 proves commercial. First numbers from ongoing flow tests and pressure build up tests ...more

Should indicate a 2 to 3 month run on the SP if everything works as planned. May have to work through some initial over head with the free trading shares, but those should get eaten up pretty quickly.  Jetstream 1 is about to get the yay or nay and how much yay if thats indeed what happens.  But with all the insider buying and hype around this including legislation and news reporting ...more

A step-out well would give the share price a big shove northward in my view (assuming they can get the relevant regulatory approvals). I'd expect a cash-raise before then though. I was looking over their latest financial results (which came out yesterday), and by my calculations they have around US$4.8m in the bank, before the current flow test. The drilling of the well seems to have gone way ...more

I think you are a little low on the cash estimate.  The warrants exercised is more than that and they had very little going on until a few weeks ago.
Comment by Bertie20 on May 30, 2024 5:32pm
The warrants were in Canadian dollars, remember. At end-March Pulsar had US$2.34m in cash. The warrants brought in C$3.5m (about US$2.5m). So they probably have around US$4.8m now.    if you want to check, it's all in the results. https://ceo.ca/content/sedar/PLSR-2024-05-29-interim-financial-statementsreport-english-f710.pdf
