This is probably why the share price is not moving at all. One or two more years of testing? A quote from above "Pulsar managers estimate another year or two of tests before potentially building a production facility".

There are some easy things to do to boost the SP in the meantime. The easiets would be to drill more wells for a larger resource calculation and larger forward earnigns PE. Those two things alone will drive the SP towards production.

I think you are a little low on the cash estimate. The warrants exercised is more than that and they had very little going on until a few weeks ago.

The warrants were in Canadian dollars, remember. At end-March Pulsar had US$2.34m in cash. The warrants brought in C$3.5m (about US$2.5m).
