Oilman Jim usually just cuts and pastes stuff from various companies. Sometimes makes a comment. But he is worthwhile because he aggregates updates on a number of companies that I follow.  In this case he does inject just a little caution with a couple of "is said" insertions.  I think that this general caution is out there and holding us back a little until Sproule issues ...more

I agree with you....  This might test $0.60 on weakness until a resource report.  I always find $0.60 is a key area in SP resistance support for most penny stocks and there is no reason Pulsar won't follow those rules now that $1 held up.
