The 43-101 Doesn't Jive With The $0.025 PP Is My Next Guess.

The PP "hopefully" gets moved to $0.05 PP as the exchange minimum. 

The 43-101 may not be coinciding with valuation.....

Sorry about the road block! To cheap stock....LOL

Good news for shareholders, that are not management, or part of the PP. imo
