No concreate acqusition news will bring down to around 0.12 before pp announced. This is everyday story on venture market. Look PDE went all the way to $1.95 in 2 days and now trading in 0.40 range ...more

Slyce has nothing more to do with Pounce. Slyce is now owned by a private company that now owns Slyce tech. We the shareholders did get a vey rough deal but even with 20:1 dilution and with the Pounce ...more

Pounce has nothing to do with Slyce anymore. They got bought out by a private US company that now owns the original Slyce technology. They still operate but won't be going public. Slyce share ...more
