So who is this mystery buyer who paid $ 900,000 for a new subscription of shares, which are irrevocable, and at the price of 20.5 cents USD or, almost 26 cents Canadian???

We know that it is not Cantone, but an unrelated 3rd party who came knocking on their door.

Could it be NETOIL?
