R$ 10 billion - R$ 87,192,480.00 = R$ 9,912,807,520,00

As reported by Petrorio has increased the capital of company through the placement of convertible debentures the amount of R$ 87,192,480.00. this way for the company to have authorization to increase capital by 10 billion reais, still have to balance the issue and increase the value of capital.

R$ 10 billion - R$ 87,192,480.00 = R$ 9,912,807,520,00

If they did all this damage with a large dilution with a small part, imagine with R$ 9.9 billion which still has the willingness to use and increase capital?

Where do you think will the resources for, if they do how announced recently, if the company acquire assets of up to 1 billion equivalent dollar to R$ 4 billion reais, if for get 20% of Bijupira and Salema they used capture feature by issuing debentures?
