Ok so, for someone like myself, who does not fully understand what is being said in this press release, but am a long time bag holder, can you break it down for me ?

The accelerated expiry of the warrants happens if PRSN shs trade above $0.50, not $0.15

previous post of article which I highlighted/bold the facts.... which last NR states warrants with a strike price of .08 pennies have to be exercised at  0.15 cents but was corrected to be the same as the press release previously released  warrants being forced to exercise their warrants at $0.50 cents in 10days or lose them. here are the NRs last New Press Release - Personas

yes you should be expecting a SP rally on NR...... we are waiting on NR of joining the Google and Apple app store....  Sept ex-div date and pay date are set..... so looking like Div pay in September then you sell after div pay date..... or sell on 9th day of over $0.50 cents... hope you understand.... there is a change the stock could take off and become a hit. but history tells us

Selling on the Ex-Dividend Date In order to receive a dividend, shareholders must hold the stock when the market opens on the ex-dividend date. They can still sell their shares on the ex-dividend date and receive the dividend.

div pay date is 1/15 not Sept as I wrote in the past... Peeks has 10 million + downloads... its all about the traffic/member
