Who would have thought after all the announcements of all the sales and such. All the legacy products. All the tweets and You Tubes. I thought Poet was a blue chip.

Now all the buyers get diverted to the ATM, market left with sellers only. What could possibly go wrong?

If we are tied to CAI who is given millions why did we have to go this route?

That would require a lot of dilution which most everyone on here hates.  Can't have your cake and eat it too.  $100Million investment would cost poet at least 25% of the equity at this stage of no products for sale yet.

lol..Not to worry,,they have a whole year to sell 6 Mill Sheares. @ $5..too bad they Need funds ASAP.. If  market Demand doesn't  support the price,then we will have a buying opportunity of a lifetime,or they decide to cancel... I'm sure we may get some encouragement from the boys at the Agm.
