let's face it peoples..that's likely the best they could do in a financig.Nobody is going to touch them  especially after having earned a reputation for screaming  wolf so many times, plus given the current economic climate,it's become next to impossible for pre revenue micro-caps to do  normal financing. IMO,Only thing that will save them now, is if they start

The economy is just fine. There is plenty of cash around. The problem is POET. POET sells nothing, except they sold their credibility down the river with fizzling announcements, selling at the top, using meaningless weasel words that fizzle the same way as the announcements. Apparently they think everybody is as gullible as Fantasy Land, but the stock market, financiers and customers aren't
