Yes it's a lousy day. And yes the trading volume is the heaviest it has been this year but at this point, it's still only a drop in the bucket.

With 40M shares outstanding and 136K traded, this represents only .003 of the float. So not everyone is jumping off the boat. GLTA

Kinda hard to jump off the boat if you already are way underwater. Remember management sold way over $10 to shear holders that now are way, way, way under water.

If you think the boat is going to sink, then sometimes you have little choice but to suck it up and take your losses. My point is that not many have made that decision. Some of them might consider that there could be much larger companies with much deeper pockets and much greater resources that could do something with PTK's technology. Whats the point of selling if you lost 90%. Who is to say that shearholders that have an honest job wake up tomorrow to the news and take decisive action. You have no case whatsoever. This is an unmitigated disaster.
